Chief Investment Officer
Jenner Stagg is the Chief Investment Officer for Basso Capital. In this capacity, Jenner oversees the preservation and optimization of the Omni Fund investment portfolio as well as providing risk management to Basso.
Since joining Basso in 2004, Jenner has held the title of Risk Manager where he designed trading, valuation and operational infrastructure used firm wide at Basso, and Senior Trader where he actively traded multiple asset classes globally including in developed, emerging and frontier markets.
Before joining Basso, Jenner was an associate at JP Morgan in the finance group and an analyst in the credit derivatives group. Prior to JP Morgan he worked at AIG Trading in fixed income/foreign exchange.
Jenner completed his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting at Fairfield University while playing on their Division-I ice hockey team. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 2011 and the designation of Financial Risk Manager in 2019.
